  • Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our inventory of party items. Once you have selected your items then please send us an email with your selections and date of your event. We will contact you ASAP to check on the availabilty for your party date. 

  • In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damages. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

  • We are located just outside of Orlando, Floria. We do offer local deliveries for a nominal fee. Please ask about our delivery fee when you contact us to book your event.
